Still Meadows is located 1 mile north of the blacktop between Athens & Petersburg, IL.
The association was incorporated in 1998 and consists of 45 lots in the area surrounding 3 ponds.
There are 36 residences plus 2 lots for common use areas.
The mission of the Still Meadows Homeowners Association is to preserve the integrity, beauty and safety of the subdivision and to enforce the Protective Covenants relating to Still Meadows in order to ensure the peaceful and beautiful atmospher we now enjoy.
